Strategic Review
We conduct strategic reviews to assess capital and growth options with the goal of maximising shareholder value, cognisant of founder intentions. We consider exogenous factors and market conditions as well as pertinent company specific factors.


Capital: Equity
We specialise in assisting Australian companies to raise from investors outside of Australia. Our relationships with venture capital investors in the USA, UK and South-East Asia make us uniquely placed to assist in finding the right investor to assist with scale and local operations.


M&A: Sell-side
Our goal is to maximise shareholder value. We can run global searches for the right acquirer or a small bespoke processes with known parties. Competition is key to delivering value and momentum is key to closing transactions.


Capital: Debt
Once businesses become profitable, or close to profitable, capital raising options increase, including the potential to use debt for growth and/or acquisitions. We assess the viability of debt as a funding source and assist with execution including commercial term negotiation.


Fund Secondaries (VC)
Using our global network and relationships with secondary funds as well as family offices, we assist funds to exit their positions, either on an asset-by-asset basis or as a portfolio sale.


Capital: Founder & Team Liquidity
We understand the importance of liquidity for founders who have been working hard for years and have seen significant asset appreciation but limited cash returns. We work with investors to ensure secondary consideration is in the interest of all parties.
